I hope you’ve all been enjoying your summer! It’s been busy here at OMOCAT, and we’re excited to announce some improvements to our store! We have made our customer service more accessible by adding a red "CUSTOMER SERVICE" tab located at the bottom right of www.omocat-shop.com. Just click the tab to access the customer service form!
In addition, we have created the @omocat_support twitter account for handling any quick questions or concerns. Please allow around 24 hours for e-mail responses. Our customer service team operates every Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
If you’re looking to buy a sold-out item, you can now sign up to receive an e-mail notification when your out-of-stock item is restocked! To sign up, go to the product page and click the size you want from the drop-down menu. If the size is sold out, a teal “OUT OF STOCK?" tab will appear at the bottom right of the page to the left of the “CUSTOMER SERVICE" tab. Unfortunately, we will not be restocking any designs in our “LAST CHANCE!” collection, or collaborations marked as discontinued.

As for upcoming events and collections, our event team is currently preparing for San Japan in San Antonio, TX. Sadly, the artist will not be able to attend, since she will be working on her upcoming game, OMORI, set to release this upcoming winter! We’ll be at Booth #CA33 - so drop by and say hi!! Our upcoming FALL LINE 2016 will be released in October.
