Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

What is your return policy?

As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed), you can return it within *30 days* of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

My item arrived damaged / This isn't what I ordered, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged/incorrect item, please send an e-mail to support@omocat.com with the subject line “Damaged Item” or “Incorrect Item” within 30 days of delivery and we will take care of it at no cost to you.

Exchanges

My item arrived, but I need a different size. Do you offer exchanges?

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your order (per our Return Policy) and place an order for the new item. 

My item arrived, and I changed my mind about it. Can I exchange it for a different item?
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your order (per our Return Policy) and place an order for the new item. 

Shipping Information

General Information

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship in 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following week.

*Please note that during high volume season(s) such as the holidays, orders may take longer to process.

*Currently there may be postal delays internationally due to COVID-19, please be wary.

*Due to holiday rush, orders placed now may take 3-4 weeks before shipping out. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International orders are shipped via Fedex and can take 2-12 weeks for final delivery. Certain countries are subject to longer transit times. Any customs fees, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in original purchase/ shipping costs.

What methods of shipping do you offer?
Domestic
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS SurePost/Innovations with final delivery made by USPS.

International
International orders are shipped via Fedex with final delivery typically made by your regional postal carrier.

How can I track my order?
An automated e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address used when placing your order. This e-mail is separate from your order confirmation e-mail, and will be sent out once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder for this notification as it can sometimes end up there due to different mail servers. If for some reason you don’t receive it within 4 business days of order placement, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to support@omocat.com.

*Please also note that it can take 1-2 days for the tracking to update. International tracking numbers can take longer than domestic orders to update.

My order stopped tracking/is lost in transit. What do I do?
UPS tracking updates are not always updated in real time. Please keep checking your tracking status for 7 days and you should start to see updates. 

After 7 days, if you don’t see an update please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to support@omocat.com.

International Shipping

Can I get my order sooner with express shipping?
We unfortunately do not offer express shipping for international orders.

It typically takes 2-12 weeks for international orders to arrive. Contact us if you feel your package is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Wash Care

General Information

In order to preserve colors and design, we recommend most of our apparel to be washed cold, inside out, with like colors and minimal to no bleaching. Please line-dry or tumble-dry on a low setting. Do not iron directly over designs.

For outerwear, please see washing label instructions.

Can I iron my OMOCAT apparel?
We recommend using a low setting and ironing/steaming around the design, inside-out. Do not iron directly over designs. 

For our all-over/sublimation designs, please iron inside-out.

Will my OMOCAT apparel shrink in the wash?
Most of our apparel is 100% cotton or a 50/50 cotton blend, so please keep this in mind when washing and drying. To prevent shrinking as much as possible, we recommend washing them in cold water and line dry or a low-heat/delicate setting. 

Placing an Order

Can I call you with a question?
We do not offer phone support - please send us an e-mail with your question(s). 

How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is still pending, we can cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to support@omocat.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # in the subject line - we’ll take care of the rest for you! 

Sizing

Are your garments sized for men or women?
Our garments are unisex! They also run larger as a result. 

How do I find my size?
You can find size charts listed on all of our product pages. Our products are unisex, and tend to run larger. If you're still not sure, drop us a message, and if the item still does not fit you are welcome to return within 30 days of delivery and place a new order with the correct size.

Help! I ordered the wrong size. Can I change the size before it ships?
Due to system limitations, we are only able to cancel/refund your current order. Once your order has been cancelled, please place a new one with the correct size. 

If you would like to edit your order manually, please log in to your account or use the EDIT ORDER/CANCEL ORDER links on your confirmation e-mail. Please note that you cannot edit your order after it has shipped. 

If you would like our assistance, please e-mail support@omocat.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order number in the subject line as well. (ex. Cancel Order #00000)

I want to purchase an item but I don’t see my size. Can you print just one in my size?
All sizes currently offered will be listed on the OMOCAT Shop. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional sizes at this time. If your size is out of stock, it should be restocked within 4 weeks.

Restocks

Will you be restocking "____"?
All items listed on the OMOCAT Shop are what we currently have available for purchase. If an out of stock item is still listed, we will most likely be restocking (unless it is listed in our “LAST CHANCE” section or has been moved to our “GALLERY” section). We generally restock based on community feedback, so sign up for restock notifications if there's anything you want to come back!

How often do you restock?
We try to restock every 4 weeks, especially during the convention season. If you would like to be notified when specific items are restocked, please visit the item's product listing and sign up for our restock notifications.

Do you offer custom orders/can I have "____" printed on a different color garment?
All original OMOCAT designs available in the shop have been created with its base garment color in mind. We do not offer custom printing in multiple color variations, however there are times where we will pick designs to print on a different type of garment at a later date (i.e. the Winter 2014 MELTYGIRL Black Sweater was re-released as a T-Shirt in Summer 2016).

Pre-sale/Backordered Items

One of the items in my order is backordered. Can my order be shipped out in parts?
We are unable to process orders as multiple shipments, so please keep in mind that your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. 

When will my backordered item ship?
We try to have as much stock on hand as possible, but occasionally an item will be out of stock. You can expect the item to ship out within 3-4 weeks of order placement (unless the expected date is listed on the item page). We will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible to notify you that your item is backordered.

Last Chance & Out of stock items

Why are there "Last Chance" and "No Longer Available" signs on some listings?

Listings marked with the "LAST CHANCE" icon are being discontinued, but still have inventory left. They have been added to our "LAST CHANCE" collection.

 Listings marked with the "NO LONGER AVAILABLE" icon are out of stock, and are officially discontinued. They will not be reprinted for the foreseeable future and have been moved to our "GALLERY" Collection.

I’m looking for an item that I don’t see listed.  Is the item available?
All items listed on the OMOCAT Shop are what we currently have available for purchase. If an item is not listed, we have discontinued and taken it down from the shop for the forseeable future.

Will you be bringing back any discontinued designs?
Though it is unlikely that we will reprint any discontinued designs, we generally restock based on community feedback, so please sign up for restock notifications if there is any item you’d like to see come back!

Coupons/Discounts

Do you offer gift cards/gift certificates for your store? 
We do not offer gift cards at this time.

I found a coupon for your store on (website). How can I apply it to my order?
We announce any and all active coupons/discount codes on our social media, newsletter, and store banners. When a coupon/discount is active, there will be a section to input the code when placing an order.

We will only honor discounts/coupons listed directly from our platforms during the dates indicated.
